    I love Ruby's because it is my childhood diner! It is super nostalgic for me and I always am down for a Ruby Dog- which isn't officially on the regular menu.

    We stopped by a very hot afternoon and they were very quick and the service was friendly! The food was delicious and as expected.

    I like their clam chowder! It's really yummy!

    Absolutely garbage!

    Ordered food ! I got there and it was completely wrong. The woman tells me kitchen is closed and there is nothing she can do about it, then start questioning why I picked it up. I'm like why are you asking me this, if they delivered it, it'd still be wrong! She says "would you like a shake?"
    I Said NO!
    Then she says well what do want?? I said my food properly made!
    Then she literally threw a gift card at me !
    Said well I can't!
    Ruby's' customer service is trash!

    Ordinarily I hate chain restaurants, but this Ruby's gets a thumbs up.
    The girls that work there go out of their way to be helpful. And the view of the lake is gorgeous.
      While it is pricey, I appreciate that VEGANS can eat here and enjoy a really great Impossible Burger. All of the ingredients were super fresh, the lettuce crunchy, not limp like elsewhere, and you can pretty much get whatever you want on the burger. Try it on toasted sour dough. Also, you can choose sweet potato fries.

    I hadn't been to Ruby's for a long time. This is a very nice location which offers a lake view. The restaurant offers excellent burgers, fries and shakes. The service is friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a classic 50's theme with nice artwork and vintage collectibles. I really enjoyed my food and the prices are reasonable.

    A staple of California, Rubys diner! If ever you're in need of good food at a great price, Rubys diner is the place to be! Especially for breakfast, I had the breakfast burrito and potato's, with Ian iced tea, and everything was perfect and great tasting! This specific location in Irvine is especially great, the view is fantastic, the restaurant is clean and the service is spectacular. This location is managed by a great catering staff. Looking for great food and great experience wit good prices, this is the place to be!
